Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Finareto (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Service.
Purpose of the service
Finareto is a construction and project-management / project-control platform for organising project records, phases and work items, progress, people and equipment, offers, costs and payments, issues, photos, and reports and exports.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Safeguarding your access credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
Project access and permissions
Access to a project's data depends on invitation, project role and permissions granted within the Service. You must not attempt to access projects, or data within a project, that you have not been authorised to access.
User content and project data
You retain responsibility for the data and content you or your organisation upload or enter into Finareto. You grant Finareto the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, store and display that information in order to operate the Service on your behalf. Finareto does not claim ownership of your project data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, project or system
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Misuse your account or another user's account
- Upload or share content you do not have the right to use
- Abuse, harass or interfere with other users or the systems the Service relies on
Accuracy of project and financial information
Finareto assists with recording and organising project, cost and scheduling information. Calculations, totals and reports generated by the Service depend on the data entered by users. You remain responsible for verifying project, cost, tax, VAT, contractual and payment information before relying on it. The Service does not replace professional accounting, legal, engineering or project-management advice, and Finareto recommends independent verification of any figures used for financial, contractual or regulatory purposes.
Photos and files
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload and share any photos or files you add to the Service.
Availability
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider outages, or other technical issues. Finareto does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes to the service
Finareto may improve, modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase, Vercel, Mailgun, Google, and Cloudflare, to operate.
Suspension and termination
Finareto may suspend or restrict access to the Service for misuse, security risks, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Archived and deleted projects
Where the Service's functionality permits: archived projects remain stored but are not shown as active; permanent deletion of a project may remove project-specific data; and such deletion may be irreversible. Finareto does not guarantee that deleted data can be recovered.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Finareto does not guarantee that all data, calculations or reports produced by the Service will be error-free, and you should verify any information that is critical to a decision before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finareto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
A governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms have not yet been finalised and will be added following legal review, before this document is treated as final.
